Orders
How long until my order ships?
Each piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 3–4 business days in the US, or 5–20 business days to other countries. See Shipping & Returns.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, apart from a few places our carriers can't deliver to. If we can't ship to your address, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your country and how many items you order. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly, if you're outside the US. Import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country are the buyer's responsibility where they apply. They aren't included in our prices or shipping, and the carrier may collect them on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, it can't be changed or canceled.
Will my order come in one box?
Not always. Caps are packed separately to protect their shape.
Returns
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. Check the Size Guide first, or email us and we'll help you choose.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to send it back.

How do the tees fit?
The Earn The Miles Heavyweight Tee has a relaxed fit. The Iron Mile Training Tee has a comfortable fit with four-way stretch; if you're between sizes, size up. Full measurements are in the Size Guide.
What are they made of?
Heavyweight Tee: 100% organic open-end cotton, 240 g/m². Training Tee: 92% polyester, 8% spandex sports mesh, 150 g/m². Cap: 65% polyester, 35% cotton.
How do I care for them?
Heavyweight Tee: machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print. Training Tee: machine wash cold with like colors; don't bleach or dry clean. Cap: hand wash or spot clean only. Full care notes are on each product page.
