Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return or issue.

 

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or preference-based returns.

 

Damages, defects, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at IRONMILECO@gmail.com if:

• your item is defective
• your item is damaged
• you received the wrong item

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

 

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Sale items or gift cards

All items are printed on demand and are final sale unless defective.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact IRONMILECO@gmail.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days only if the item is defective or incorrect, as our products are made to order.
